CHANGE AND STRESS MANAGEMENT
The range and pace of change in today’s business environment is unparalleled. The old adage, “seize the day” has been replaced by “seize the moment”. Yet the opportunities associated with change and transformation are equally significant. How individuals view and respond to change has a tremendous impact on the advancement and realization of key business objectives.

Our Change and Stress Management programs are tailored to your specific issues and include programs for managers, key personnel and employees. The primary objective with every program is to empower individuals to re-ignite their passion, commitment and hope while creating more balance and control at work. We achieve this outcome by aligning the program content with your unique set of needs and by incorporating the right balance of theory, group learning and personal application. Additionally, our follow-up support and pre and post program metrics help to ensure sustained value and impact from your investment.

LEADERSHIP AND PERFORMANCE COACHING
Helping employees succeed isn’t just good leadership – it’s good business. With competition for talent a new workplace reality, successful organizations today must engage in a variety of ‘people initiatives’ to help ensure a competitive advantage. Often, the differentiating factor for market leaders is a clear commitment to talent management. The return from such a commitment is measured not only in improved retention and reputation, but ultimately in improved bottom line performance.

Our coaching programs are tailored to the needs of managers as well as employees. Our mission is to address individual performance improvement with a focus on assessment, empowerment and personal development as the foundation for lasting change. The underlying theme of our work is the critical challenge of helping individuals re-awaken a deeper level of vitality, inspiration and meaning in their work. As a result, they are empowered to enhance both personal and organizational productivity.

Each coaching program incorporates an in depth assessment of interactive abilities, personal style, values, skills and experience. We use the MBTI and DISC standardized assessments as a baseline and customize the program to meet the needs of each client. With productivity enhancement as the chief goal, we utilize a five phase process to ensure sustained value and impact.

Phase 1: Contracting - Individual meetings are held with all associated parties to define development issues and to build consensus around the coaching process, confidentiality constraints, outcomes and metrics.

Phase 2: Evaluation - We conduct a detailed assessment of the individual’s career path with emphasis on values, skills, experience, leadership style and career goals. Additional assessments are provided based on the specific needs of the coaching program.

Phase 3: Review and Recommendations - Candid feedback is provided and recommendations are made to ensure the appropriate course of action. Further review of workplace communication planning, development and implementation issues are discussed and linked to the following phase.

Phase 4: Action Plan - Real worklife scenarios are defined in which the individual can practice new skills. When appropriate, job shadowing is provided in the early stages of this phase to help guide the process. As the plan advances, new behaviors are observed and noted and additional recommendations are made to ensure lasting impact.

Phase 5: Future Focus - 6- and 12-month action plans are defined and additional recommendations are made to help build a road map for success. A final meeting is held to debrief all participants on the coaching process and to identify individual metrics.

Delivery Options:

Jump Start - A 30-day accelerated program designed to help surface key development issues and create a self directed action plan with metrics.

Leadership Advantage - A 3-month program for creating meaningful behavioral change and career renewal.

Leadership Edge - A 6-month program for achieving and sustaining peak performance in key leaders.

Leadership Legacy - A 12-month program designed to assist the senior executive with creating and implementing a significant organizational transformation.

Phase 1: Assessment
A comprehensive needs assessment is completed by the senior leadership team or group management personnel and feedback is provided to create a meaningful framework for program design. With outcomes and metrics clearly defined, a preliminary design is evaluated by the client and a range of options are presented.

Phase 2: Development
With consensus established around program content, the client plays an active role in evaluating the development phase – including process flow, group exercises, key learning points, team action plans and follow-up activities.

Phase 3: Follow-Up
Upon completion of the program, a detailed summary report with recommendations is presented to the management team. A follow-up meeting is scheduled within one week to review obstacles and solutions as well as new action plans. Subsequent follow-up calls are scheduled at 30, 60 and 90 days to review progress and make additional recommendations for increased productivity.
